In accordance with the directives of the Swiss Federal Council, massage and body treatments will be available again from April 27th, 2020 with reinforced hygiene measures and a new safety procedure.

- Hand Sanitizers – disinfectant available for clients and staff in all rooms in the spa (pre & post-massage).
- Face Masks – to be worn by all therapists and reception staff throughout the day, plus gloves for reception staff.
- Fresh Linen – disposable headrests on all treatment beds and towels are changed after each client.
- Social Distancing – no more than 5 people in a room in any given situation, maintaining 2 meters distance in new reception layout.
- *Stay at Home – staff are not permitted to work if unwell or suffering from any flu-like symptoms.
