Here are some of the SPA PRECAUTIONS that we follow post-COVID-19 outbreak in order to ensure maximum safety of our clients:
Sanitizers as we all know have become an indispensable part of our lives at the moment. We have hand disinfectants available for clients and staff in all rooms of the spa.
Face masks for therapists and receptionists are compulsory along with gloves for the reception staff at all times of the day. It is up to you if you wish to wear one during you therapy.
We make use of disposable headrests on all treatment beds. Towels are changed after each client.
We do not allow more than 5 people in a room at any time. We ensure a 2 meters distance in our new reception layout.
Stay at Home
Should any of our staff members feel unwell or suffer from any flu-like symptoms, they are not allowed to work and encouraged to stay at home. Any clients experiencing any symptoms, such as a cough, shortness of breath or fever are requested to cancel/postpone their appointment.
Of course - we still strive to offer our usual service and experience - just with some small changes to ensure maximum safety of staff and all our clients.
The Importance of Regular Massages for Those Who Workout
A good full body massage is known to relieve muscle stress and boosts muscle recovery after intense workouts. Nothing works better on your sore muscles than a good massage. A good full body massage reduces inflammation and helps soothe your body while at the same time boosting the healing and recovery of your muscles. If you are training rigorously, a weekly or bi-weekly massage is recommended and can help you speed up muscle recovery.
Exfoliating Body Massage
As often as we take care of and pamper our face, do we pay the same attention to our body? People use several products to help remove dead skin from face and spend time on taking care of the face, but do you put in the same effort in taking care of your body as well?
